Filming over Christmassss :)

After editing our previous shots we created a shot list of the ones that we needed to re-do and the scenes we needed to film still.
The shots we filmed at the boys house in the bedroom didnt have the look we wanted as the room wasn't the plain one we had imagined,it didn't look like a young males bedroom and then when we made the shots black and white it looked really dark.
So today we used Joel's room at my house, and we will just show him walking up the stairs in the other house then cut to his room, i changed the covers on his bed to all cream and even tidied his room for him to make it look as simple as possible without going through too much minging mess ha!
I took his blind down because we having him looking out the window down to the girl outside, but obviously we will use the outside of the boys house so will have to try and make it look like the same window.
The lighting in Joel's room was really really good because we filmed in the morning and it was a really clear day so with the light coming in from his window it should hopefully look effective. And although we have been having snow we have had a lot of really clear bright days recently so i am hoping that we can finish our outside shots with similar lighting when the snow has cleared.
We did lots of shots in his room, with him just sitting on his own, lying down, miming, with birds eye view, looking out the window, playing his guitar along with the backing music of the track and checking his phone.
We will edit these shots when we are back at school in our free's and then finish our outside shots when we can use the boys house, because they have been at work during the week and Daisy and I both work during the weekend so it has been hard to use it in day light but we will sort something out soon :)
